Description
A water based product that acts as a rust transformer, primer and undercoat in one. Rust Transformer converts rust to a sound surface for painting. The product is a milky brown colour which turns black (oxidizes) on application. A single coat of Oxirite or any other solvent based enamel is required on top of the Rust Transformer.
